I didn't study this.
I survived it.
I was addicted to drugs for 23 years.

It shaped every decision I made.
I was married — and I cheated on my wife.
Multiple times.

From the outside, my life looked successful.
I was a recording artist. I had influence. I was in full-time ministry.

I’ve been clean and sober for six years now.
My marriage has been restored.
My wife and I now help rebuild marriages I once would have destroyed.
